Who do I contact for more information?
If you’re interested in finding out more about the program, please contact Nicole Glasgow, Program Manager (02) 9279 2777 or at nicole@beaumontpeople.com.au
Why do you need me to provide so much information on my registration form?
The information you provide will help us ‘match’ the right mentee with the right mentor, based on experience, skills and what you both want to achieve from the LEAD Mentoring and Professional Development Program.
When will I know who I’ve been matched with?
Matching will take place over the following weeks. You will be able to view your matched partner’s details on the Art of Mentoring online platform and initiate contact.
It is important to note we won’t ‘match for matching sake’ if a suitable match is not available, however in all our past programs, every mentee has been matched with their perfect mentor.
What happens next?
Mentees will be asked to complete their strengths profile assessment and 1-hour strengths debriefing session, which will be scheduled at a convenient time for all stakeholders.
You will also be asked to complete a one-hour Art of Mentoring online training session. The training will help provide you with the knowledge and skills to have a successful mentoring relationship.
It will be up to each mentee/mentor pair to establish their own timetables for their one-on-one meetings, which would take place ideally monthly.
What if you are unable to match me with a mentor?
We will endeavour to match all mentees who join our program, provided that we have a suitable mentor and you meet the necessary criteria. Some mentors may not be matched if their expertise/experience is not suitable for any mentees. If we don’t have a suitable match for a mentee (which has never happened before in past programs) you will be entitled to a full refund.
Will discussions between mentees and mentors be confidential?
Absolutely! Great mentee/mentor relationships are based first and foremost on trust. Your participation in the program is confidential and you will agree with your mentoring partner how you will handle confidentiality between you.
You will be asked to sign a code of conduct that confirms your commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of all matters discussed and material shared with your mentoring partner.
What are the masterclasses included in the program?
You will have a choice of 4 masterclasses to choose from:
- Mastering Team Dynamics
- Executive Presence
- Growth Mindset
- Leading From Within
These workshops will be delivered by Rebecca Rynehart, General Manager of the Consulting Division at Beaumont People and Keynote Speaker.
